Techanddatapeople is seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to join our Melbourne team. You will be the on-site face of IT, delivering hands-on support, device provisioning, onboarding, and asset management for a growing national business.
As the first point of contact, you will resolve day-to-day issues across Windows and Microsoft 365, manage ITSM tickets, support meeting room tech, and help maintain asset registers. You'll work with a remote tech team while owning local IT operations.
