Responsibilities
At Team Viewer, we empower businesses with innovative remote connectivity software that enhances productivity and growth.
- Make contact with potential clients each day via assigned leads & opportunities.
- Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs.
- Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers.
- Promptly respond to email requests.
- Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within defined timeframes.
- Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.
- Process written requests from our prospects and customers.
- Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese, oral and written (be able to use KEIGO) with business-level proficiency in English.
- Two years’ experience in sales / customer service
- Technology industry experience desirable
- Ability to conduct a needs analysis and customize solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Windows® and general knowledge of technology
- Strong customer service and effective communication skills
- Team oriented, but able to work independently
- Creative and adaptable sales approach
- Work experience in Japan is preferable
