Team Moto Blacktown is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Manager to join our dealership team.
Working closely with our sales and leadership teams, you'll play a key role in helping customers secure finance, insurance and protection products while ensuring a smooth and professional purchasing journey from start to finish.
About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for maximising finance and insurance opportunities while maintaining compliance, accuracy and outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
You will work collaboratively with the dealership team to support vehicle sales performance and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present finance, insurance, warranty and protection options to customers purchasing motorcycles.
- Build strong relationships with customers and finance partners.
- Obtain and manage finance approvals and settlements.
- Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
- Follow up insurance renewals and outstanding transactions.
- Support and train dealership sales staff on referral processes and finance opportunities.
- Assist in improving finance penetration, customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and lender requirements.
