Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
This unique school is thoughtfully split into 2 separate programs, each led by a Director of Service with a Program Manager on-site daily to provide guidance and support. This strong leadership team ensures you have the resources and mentorship you need to deliver an exceptional program and thrive in your role.
This split-site service is licensed for 228 children and has been thoughtfully designed to support both junior and senior school-aged children. The Junior program operates from a dedicated cottage for Before and After School Care, while the Senior program runs from a newly renovated shared hall, with daily set-up and pack-down during After School Care. Located in Waverton, NSW 2060, this is a well-established service with exciting opportunities for growth and leadership.
We currently have both full-time and part-time Director of Service opportunities available as part of the service's transition into dedicated Junior and Senior programs. This new structure provides greater leadership focus, allowing each Director to oversee their own age group while working collaboratively to deliver exceptional care and experiences for children and families.
