Who is TeamKids? TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: North Sydney
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
- BSC: 6:30am - 8:45am
- ASC: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
Total hours: 28.75
The Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership? As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service. The Successful Candidate:
- Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
- You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
