Job Description
This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry.
You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
- Service Location
- Princes Hill, 3054
- You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday
- Before school care: 7am-9am
- After school care: 3pm-6pm
- Total hours: 25

As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.
- The Successful Candidate
- Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you!
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
- You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

- As part of Team Kids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with Team Kids
