What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new business growth across TGE's Freight division.
- Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions.
- Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Identify growth opportunities across palletised, intermodal, and specialised freight services.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Solid exposure to supply chain processes and logistics operations in any industry.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset
- Experience within transport, freight, warehousing, manufacturing, retail supply chain, or logistics environments will be highly regarded.
