As the Marketing Specialist - Brand, you'll help champion and strengthen the Teachers Health brand by ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing and communications across all customer and employee touchpoints. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll provide brand guidance, review campaigns and creative assets, and support the delivery of customer-focused marketing outcomes.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about building a consistent and engaging brand experience.

What will you do?
- Review marketing, member, customer and employee-facing assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
- Provide practical advice and constructive feedback on visual identity, tone of voice and brand application.
- Support brand governance, quality assurance and approval processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, designers, agencies and suppliers to deliver consistent brand outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of templates, toolkits and self-service brand resources.
- Support campaign delivery by applying brand systems and ensuring consistency across channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand processes, systems and stakeholder capability.
What are we looking for?
- 2-5 years' experience in brand marketing or a closely related discipline.
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience applying and maintaining brand guidelines across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing creative assets, communications and marketing materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with designers, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience in regulated industries is highly regarded
- Exposure to CRM, lifecycle or customer journey marketing is highly regarded
- Experience within health, health insurance, financial services or other customer-centric environments.
