- What you’ll be doing
- Own, build and continually evolve enterprise design systems, component libraries, templates and experience patterns.
- Define and uphold clear standards across visual quality, usability, UX and accessibility, including WCAG compliance.
- Create reusable and modular solutions that enable teams to self-serve while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Partner closely with engineering, digital, CRM, lifecycle and CRO/optimisation teams to integrate design systems across platforms.
- Support dynamic, data-driven, personalised and automated customer experiences.
- Reduce reliance on bespoke design by creating scalable systems and clear guardrails.
