We're looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Customer Service and Operations Assistant to join our team in South Nowra. The role involves packing and shipping orders, local deliveries, customer service, inventory management, packing products, and other daily warehouse tasks. You will also have opportunities to help with occasional pop-up events.
Key responsibilities
- Local deliveries using a company vehicle
- Using Shopify to pick, pack and ship orders
- Customer service: face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- General warehouse organisation and maintenance
- Packing products
About you
- Physically capable of handling deliveries and stock (heavy box moving)
- Full driver's license & reliable transport
- Computer savvy, and owns their own device
- Confidence in talking to customers and building rapport
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn about our products, their applications and how to use them
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays is essential, as these are key delivery days
- Experience in hospitality, retail, Shopify, and logistics is a plus
