- You'll be running the day to day day on residential sites, working closely with the Project Manager to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish and making sure the workmanship is always up to TCA standards
- Leading crews on-site - motivating, mentoring, and making sure everyone's pulling in the same direction.
- Spotting problems early and coming up with smart solutions.
