My client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Corporate M&A team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile private corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements.

About the Role:

As a Senior Associate, you will:

• Manage a diverse range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and capital raisings across multiple jurisdictions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Over 5 years of post-admission experience in corporate law, with strong expertise in transactional and advisory work.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with a commercial focus.
