TCL is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join the growing Brisbane studio. This is an opportunity to take a senior role within an emerging studio while being part of a well-established national practice. You will contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects, lead project packages, coordinate consultant teams and support the development of junior staff. You will be both design-focused and technically strong, with the confidence to take responsibility for projects and project components, work directly with clients and consultants, and contribute actively to the ongoing development and culture of the Brisbane studio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation packages across a range of landscape architecture projects
- Take responsibility for project components from design through to delivery
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and specialist consultants
- Support project planning, timelines, deliverables and consultant coordination
- Mentor and support landscape architects and graduates within project teams
- Contribute to submissions, client presentations and new project opportunities
- Work collaboratively with TCL teams across Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney
- Actively contribute to the design culture and continued development of the Brisbane studio
About you
- Demonstrated professional experience at a senior level in landscape architecture
- Strong experience in design development and detailed documentation
- Experience delivering public realm, civic, infrastructure or other complex landscape architecture projects
- Strong technical and documentation skills
- Revit capability and experience working in BIM environments would be highly regarded
- Strong graphic, verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in 3D modelling, visualisation and emerging digital tools
