About The Role: We're looking for a trade-qualified builder or experienced supervisor who takes pride in delivering quality projects, building strong client relationships and leading trades to achieve outstanding outcomes. Reporting to the regional manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of projects.
You will never be bored. In an average day you might be visiting a site to scope works; checking in with our tradespeople and subcontractors regarding ongoing projects; or speaking with clients to discuss aspects of their refurbishment.
To Be Successful in This Role You Need:
- A trade qualification in carpentry or similar, and a track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects at different locations and creatively problem solve.
- A track record in delivering safe outcomes, on-time and on-budget.
- Good communication skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining good relationships.
- A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to do what is needed to get your jobs through to completion while maintaining exceptional quality.
