Taylor Brown Recruitment is seeking an OC portfolio manager in Melbourne to oversee a portfolio of ~800 townhouse lots. You will build relationships with committees, owners and contractors while coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works.
You will prepare for and attend committees and AGMs, provide advice to owners, manage budgets and insurance, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service in a balanced, supportive team environment.
