We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Scan Client Documentation and mail correspondence
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment and general office cleanliness
- Coordinate and support various business projects as required
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous finance knowledge is desirable or the willingness to learn
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
