Join a small close team with work that is varied and may include:
- Structural and general steel fabrication
- MIG, TIG and stick welding
- Site welding and fabrication
- Machinery and equipment repairs
- Modification and repair of existing plant and equipment
- Installation of fabricated components
- Shutdown and project work
- Industrial maintenance and repairs
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Measuring, cutting, fitting and fabrication
About you:
- Relevant trade qualification and/or demonstrated industry experience
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Construction White Card
- Good understanding of workplace safety
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends and away when required
- Qualified pipe welders are highly regarded
- Familiar with fixed plant
