Role: Salesforce Communication Cloud Architect
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Sydney
Required Technical Skill Set:
- Overall, 10-12 Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
- 5+ Years of Implementation experience in Salesforce Comms Cloud
- Sound Knowledge of Telecom Industry
- At least one full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) preferably in Telecom
- Sound knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity
- Sound experience in technical design using Omni studio tools like Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, Data Raptor
- Experience in handling migration from legacy system/legacy CRM platform to Vlocity/Salesforce.
