Experience: 6-10 years of SAP FICA functional experience
- Expertise knowledge of SAP FICA Master Data, account determination, clearing rules, and payment processing.
- Must have minimum 2-3 years of Utilities Industry knowledge.
- Implement dunning procedures, interest calculation, and write-off processes.
- Must have expertise knowledge of Billing architecture, third party integration.
- Configure installment plans, payment lots, and lock management.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP IS-U (for utilities), FI (Financial Accounting), and SD/MM modules.
- Work on integration points with external systems for payment gateways and collection agencies.
