- Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration programs involving enterprise users, mailboxes, collaboration sites, file repositories, and Teams workloads
- Exchange Online migrations, mail flow coexistence, domain cutover, mailbox migration waves, and post‐migration validation
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive migration planning, permissions mapping, content validation, and user adoption readiness
- Teams migration, channel structure, Teams ownership, guest access, meeting/chat considerations, and collaboration continuity planning
- Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, domain consolidation, hybrid‐to‐cloud transformation, and collaboration platform consolidation programs
- Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Active Directory, ADFS, cross‐tenant access, federation, conditional access, MFA, RBAC, PIM/PAM, identity governance
- Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, Metalogix, native Microsoft migration capabilities, migration reporting and reconciliation
- Microsoft Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, audit, eDiscovery, information protection, compliance management
- HLD/LLD creation, migration factory design, cutover planning, coexistence strategy, risk management, governance, technical documentation, stakeholder communication
