Key Responsibilities
- 4 - 12 years of BY TMS functional experience in implementation, rollout & enhancements.
- Provide functional support to the Solution Architect & project team; including business process definition, functional solution design, design review, product configuration, troubleshooting, assist in UAT etc.
- Good knowledge of Order Management, Load Planning & Allocation, Execution and Financial modules of TMS.
- Understanding and experience in configuring Optimization Strategies and Parameters.
- Knowledge of BY TMS Mobile App.
- Knowledge of BY TP and BY BA Modules.
- Knowledge of TMS architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with TMS.
- Experience of training content preparation on TMS processes & leading/assisting in training delivery.
- Proven experience of attending and resolving critical issues within tight timelines.
