Tassal Group is seeking an experienced Safety Partner to join the Lidcombe Processing team in NSW. You will work with operational leaders to translate safety requirements into practical actions that work on the ground, coaching leaders to own safety outcomes and embed safety into daily decisions.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Safety, you will strengthen safety capability, manage risk and drive a proactive safety culture across a high‐volume processing environment.
