The Opportunity
This role is flexible depending on your experience - Manager through to Senior Manager / Associate Director level.
Expect to be:
- Leading client strategy and advisory meetings
- Delivering 3-way forecasting and financial modelling
- Advising on structuring, tax planning, and growth strategies
- Acting as a true business partner to your clients
- Providing end‐to‐end CFO‐style advisory across a large client base
- Managing and mentoring within a team of 25 (with offshore support)
- Stepping into a genuine advisory‐focused position, working with a strong portfolio of clients up to $100mill turnover.
This is not a compliance-heavy role - it's about building relationships and driving real outcomes for clients.
About You
- 7+ years' experience in tax/advisory within public practice
- Strong communication skills - you actually enjoy working with people
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in advisory
