We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is central to the smooth running of our spaces, delivering exceptional member experiences, and supporting our marketing and events functions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet members and guests at reception, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Build genuine relationships with members — proactively identifying their needs and ensuring our services deliver real value.
- Take ownership of member accounts within your space, maintaining consistently positive experiences and addressing concerns before they escalated.
- Resolve member grievances effectively, and identify upgrade and retention opportunities to support occupancy targets.
Space Management & Administration
- Maintain the space to a premium standard, working alongside the Operations team on quality and continuous improvement.
- Manage stock and supply levels, coordinate team moves, and handle member onboarding to relevant platforms.
- Sort and distribute postal mail and notify members of package deliveries.
- Act as a TSL floor warden and first aid representative during building emergencies.
Community Engagement
- Support a warm, connected, and collaborative community environment at your site.
- Encourage member participation in programs and initiatives that strengthen the community experience.
Events Support
- Support the Events Manager with building logistics administration — including lift access, loading bay bookings, catering, asset creation and diary management, particularly during peak periods.
- Assist with meeting room bookings across TSL sites when directed by the Events team.
- Gather event space information via building concierges and site visits where relevant.
- Contribute to special projects such as new event space launches and the development of supporting sales and marketing materials.
- Be physically present at TSL events as an additional resource when not in conflict with other responsibilities.
Marketing Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data, including pricing, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Keep all online platforms current with accurate pricing, availability, and imagery.
- Assist with organising and maintaining marketing materials and promotional content across relevant platforms.
- Support the marketing team in developing social and digital marketing content.
