Looking to start your career as a Physiotherapist in private practice on Sydney's north shore (Hornsby/Willoughby)?

About Us

Tangram Health is a connected network of 6 allied health clinics across the North and North-West Sydney region. Our clinics are Hornsby Health, Willoughby Health, Milsons Point Health, Blacktown Health, Dural Health, and Your Health Sport and Spine, and have almost 20 health professionals (and growing!). We all work together as part of a multidisciplinary team to help people reach their health goals. We speak to GP's daily, work closely with specialists, local sports teams, businesses, and the community to help real people with real health problems every day.

Your Caseload

In a typical week, you'll see many interesting cases! From broken bones, post-surgical rehabilitation (shoulders and knees especially), sports injuries (we sponsor and look after a few local sports teams), pre-employment screens, and of course your everyday sore backs, knees, and shoulders in kids, mums, and dads. Every day is a little bit different which makes work so much more rewarding and fun!

We only offer one on one appointments with our patients, so you can have the time and privacy to get to know your patient's story and give them the right treatment they need. You'll be giving out accurate and practical advice and education, providing manual therapy when indicated, and designing well thought out exercise programs that really target what people need at that time to help them.

Your Career

We're currently looking for a new Physiotherapist to join our Willoughby and Hornsby clinics. Learn how to be part of a respected and valued team that helps people recover from injuries and navigate complex health conditions. Get the right experience to master your clinical skills and build your confidence to handle all the common musculoskeletal conditions that people come in and see us for. You'll get a competitive salary that increasingly rewards your time, experience, and performance with us, and lots of extra perks to make sure you're getting the right work-life balance!

Your Workspace

We take immense pride in the place we work, and strive to be among the best clinics in our areas. So we've created clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing clinics equipped with private consultation rooms and open gym spaces so patients feel safe and comfortable sharing their stories and recovering with our help.

Your Training

Working with us means you get some of the best one on one training and mentoring from our very diverse team of health professionals. We have weekly schedules for one on one mentoring with our senior staff, fortnightly case reviews where the entire team shares interesting cases, monthly clinic meetings, quarterly learning lunches, and our annual end of year celebration!

You'll also have access to our comprehensive catalog of online learning resources (Learn.physio, PhysioNetwork Masterclass and Practicals, ClinicalEdge, MedBridge, SportsMAP, and many more), where you'll be able to learn how leading experts assess and manage various musculoskeletal and medical conditions. For any external courses you're keen to attend, we offer our team a generous $2000 CPD allowance which you can put towards developing you into the best clinician you can be!

What We're Looking For:

  • AHPRA registered physiotherapist
  • Interest in working in an integrated team of driven health professionals to grow your knowledge, practical skills, and clinical reasoning
