- Attendweeklyupdatemeetingson-sitewiththeclientandsub-contractors.
- Workcloselywiththedesignteamtocommunicateanychangeordersrequestedbytheclient.
- Paperworkandprocessmanagement, using Vistaoranotheralternative PMsoftware.
- Updateprojectschedulestoensureplansareontrackandmeetourclientcommitments, andeffectivelymanagingclientswhentherearedisruptionstotheschedule.
- Knowledge, Skillsand Experience
- 5-10yearsofexperienceasa Construction Manageror Site Manager, ideallywithinthecommercialfit-outsector.
- Minimumof5yearsofexperienceworkingonofficeorcommercialspacefit-outprojectswithfullrangeofsubcontractors.
- Experienceworkingverycloselywithawiderangeofinternalteams, including Designand Pre-Construction.
- Aresultsdriven, proactive, problemsolving, collaborator
- Highlyorganized, deadlinedriven, andabletoprioritizeandmanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously.
