As Onsite Recruitment Consultant, you will be the engine of our talent acquisition activity in Australia, supporting hiring across the ANZ region as required. Based full-time at our client's Sydney studio, you will be embedded within the business, partnering closely with hiring managers across Design, Project Management, Pre-construction, Construction, Commercial and Corporate functions to attract and secure exceptional talent into a fast-growing, design-led environment.

This is a hands‐on, delivery-focused role requiring a skilled recruiter who is equally comfortable managing high volumes of roles and building long-term talent pipelines. You will act as a true brand ambassador for our client, ensuring every candidate has a compelling, professional experience from first contact to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for ANZ vacancies, from briefing and job posting through to offer management and onboarding handover
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles and timescales
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels — direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and specialist networks
  • Conduct initial screening calls and structured competency interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit before presenting shortlists to the business
  • Manage offer processes including benchmarking, negotiations and pre‐employment checks

About You

  • Demonstrable in‐house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment, workplace design, construction or professional services
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent vacancies across varied disciplines and seniority levels
  • Strong direct sourcing capability with hands‐on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools
  • Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
  • Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience recruiting within workplace design, interior fit-out, architecture or construction sectors
  • Familiarity with specialist roles such as interior designers, project managers, pre‐construction or site‐based professionals
  • Exposure to diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives

Equal Opportunity Statement

We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
