Team Leader & Senior Spray Tan Technician
Do you light up a room, know how to run a tight ship, and get genuinely excited about making people feel their absolute best?
Tan Temple is growing, and we're on the hunt for a confident, experienced beauty industry leader to help take our award-winning Bondi Beach salon to the next level.
The Role
This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who already has experience managing a small team, ideally within beauty or a related service industry.
You'll split your time between delivering our signature spray tan experience to clients and leading and rostering the team behind the scenes.
This isn't just another spray tan job. You'll Be a key player in shaping what comes next for Tan Temple, including real opportunities to grow with us as the business expands.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering our signature Tan Temple spray tan method with precision
- Running the day-to-day floor, including salon POS and rostering
- Building genuine VIP relationships and making every client feel like the most important person in the room
- Driving retail and at home skincare sales, and hitting (and beating) sales targets
- Bringing fresh promotional ideas to life, from newsletters to VIP events
- Assisting with our social presence with engaging Instagram stories and reels
- Keeping the salon spotless. We take cleanliness seriously, and so should you
- Thinking like a business owner and contributing ideas for growth and succession
What We're Looking For
- A Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- A minimum of one year experience managing a team
- Availability for upwards of 38 hours a week.
- A warm, friendly and genuinely caring personality paired with excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and the ability to lead and motivate others
- A meticulous approach to hygiene and presentation
- A genuine commitment to learning and growing within the industry
