About the Company
TOM People and I are working with a large, ASX listed consumer business to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst - Investments. This organisation continues to invest heavily in digital transformation, automation, and customer fulfilment capabilities, with a significant pipeline of strategic projects designed to support long-term growth and enhance customer experience.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in evaluating and monitoring major capital investments across digital and operational platforms. This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial acumen, advanced financial modelling capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Develop complex financial models and investment cases to support major strategic initiatives.
Evaluate the performance of approved investments and provide recommendations to optimise outcomes.
Partner with senior stakeholders to gather operational inputs and assess project viability.
Prepare presentations and insights for executive decision-making and investment approval processes.
Support capital forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and broader commercial analysis activities
About You
CA/CPA/CFA qualified with 6+ years’ experience, ideally with a big-4 advisory background.
Advanced financial modelling and investment appraisal capability.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Experience within corporate finance, transaction services, infrastructure, retail, or investment analysis
