About the Role:
As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead a group of children aged 3-5 years in a purpose-built early learning centre that values relationships, play-based learning, and professional excellence. You’ll be supported by a passionate team of educators, a strong leadership team, and a curriculum that empowers you to bring your teaching vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality, age-appropriate program
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
About You:
- Hold an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Hold current VIT registration or be eligible to apply
- Passionate about child‑led learning and inclusive practice
- Willing to relocate or already planning a move to Melbourne CBD
