Looking for a flexible physio role that uses your clinical experience without a full community caseload?

Talk Health Therapy is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in a flexible Telehealth, Triage & Clinical Support role.

Working approximately 1–2 days per week, you’ll combine telehealth physiotherapy with client triage and clinical oversight of physiotherapy programs delivered by Allied Health Assistants in the community.

Supportive, privately owned and clinician-led organisation

Developing individualised exercise and therapy programs aligned with each client’s goals and clinical needs

Providing clinical direction and support to designated Allied Health Assistants delivering programs in the community

Monitoring client progress and adapting programs, precautions, progressions or regressions where required

Providing practical education and guidance to clients, families, carers and Allied Health Assistants

Why Talk Health Therapy?

At Talk Health Therapy, we care about delivering quality therapy while creating a workplace where clinicians feel trusted, supported and connected.

We’re a privately owned, clinician-led allied health practice, and we value good people, open communication, strong clinical reasoning and genuinely collaborative care.

This role is a little different from the traditional community physiotherapy position. You won’t simply be moving from appointment to appointment. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to use your experience across triage, telehealth, clinical decision-making and Allied Health Assistant support, helping make sure clients receive safe, individualised and effective care within their own communities.

If you’re an experienced Physiotherapist looking for greater flexibility while still doing clinically meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: We are unable to offer employer sponsorship for this position at this time.
