Talison Lithium seeks a Mine Control Lead for the Greenbushes Lithium Operation in Western Australia. This permanent, full-time role oversees Fleet Management, real-time dispatch, and production reporting, ensuring safe, efficient shift execution in a 5:2 residential roster with site accommodation options.
You will coordinate across pit, maintenance, drilling, blasting, survey, geology and processing teams and develop procedures and training materials for continuous improvement and performance.
