Divisional IT Vice President - APAC is the executive link between APAC business units and Global IT, responsible for shaping and delivering the regional IT and digital strategy.
This role drives enterprise transformation, strengthens competitive advantage, and ensures technology investments deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the APAC IT & Digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
- Provide executive leadership of major ERP/SAP programs, ensuring end-to-end delivery and value realization.
- Lead digital platform modernization and integration with core enterprise systems.
- Establish strong data governance and foundations for AI-enabled operations.
- Oversee regional cybersecurity and partner on unified infrastructure strategy.
- Capture and prioritize regional IT demand aligned to the corporate operating model.
- Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive IT organization.
Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years in senior IT leadership roles within complex, matrixed global organizations.
- 8-15 years executive-level management experience.
- Solid experience within the Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
- Proven ERP/SAP transformation leadership.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
