Salary: $150k - $170k + super + bonus based on relevant experience
What You'll Do
- Act as a key bridge between stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams
- Elicit, analyse, and document complex business and technical requirements
- Work hands-on with application teams, getting into the detail of system behaviour, integrations, and data flows
- Support solution design, collaborating with architects and developers to shape robust, scalable solutions
- Analyse data and perform data extraction using SQL to support requirements, analysis, and decision-making
- Review and understand code where needed to validate feasibility and impact
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications
- Support delivery through the full lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation
What You'll Bring
- Strong background in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline
- Proven experience within banking technology programs
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst in complex technology environments
- Ability to read and understand code (as a Tech BA)
- Experience with solution design or close collaboration with solution architects (highly desirable)
- Solid hands-on experience with data extraction and SQL
- Deep understanding of applications, APIs, and system integrations
- Comfortable working at a detailed, technical level while still communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management skills
