Role
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.
- Configure Salesforce across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver Salesforce capabilities.
- You will have
- 4-6+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience.
- Strong experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering requirements.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Consultant certifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
