Role Purpose
As a Principal Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across the platform, shaping architecture, driving engineering strategy, and influencing best practices at scale. You will work across multiple teams to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and future‑ready solutions, while mentoring engineers and elevating overall engineering capability.
Key Responsibilities

- Proven experience designing and scaling SaaS or cloud‑native platforms (AWS preferred)
- Deep understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and platform engineering
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive technical strategy, and mentor senior engineers
