Technology Support Coordinator

We're looking for a customer-focused Technology Support Coordinator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across a modern Microsoft and business technology environment. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, support users, manage devices, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to end users.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot environments.
- Deploy and manage laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues.
- Work with vendors and stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve services.
- Support technology projects, upgrades, testing, and documentation.
About You
- Experience in a Level 1/2 Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, and endpoint management skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Relevant IT qualifications and Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
