Talenza have been engaged by a financial services organisation to find a Service Now Consultant/Developer to work accross a broad SNOW environment.
The successful candidate will have experience across release management, service data models and configuration.
This role is onsite in the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane full working rights.

- Key Requirements
- Lead configuration of Service Now capabilities including Release Management, Environment Management, Service Mapping, Dev Ops integrations, impact assessment, and operational readiness controls.
- Review, uplift, and remediate the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to improve data quality and support Service Now capability configuration.
- Configure and support the Service Catalogue and related Service Now components for IT sustainment initiatives.
- Configure Supplier Management, Service Level Targets, and reporting to support SIAM (Service Integration and Management) rollout.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project outcomes, drive change, and support both project and BAU operational environments.
- Work effectively in Agile delivery environments using Jira, with strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
