We are seeking a Partner Support & Channel Transition Analyst to join a growing team supporting partner onboarding, operational transitions, and ongoing partner engagement across the technology channel ecosystem.
This is a highly collaborative role focused on coordinating onboarding and transition activities, managing stakeholder relationships, resolving operational issues, and driving a seamless partner experience. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end partner onboarding and transition activities
- Manage transition plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams, partners, and vendors
- Identify, manage, and resolve operational issues and escalations
- Deliver partner communications throughout onboarding and transition processes
- Maintain process documentation, reporting, and operational records
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support project delivery, backlog reduction, and operational initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and track actions to completion
- Provide operational support across the partner lifecycle
About You
You are an organised and analytical professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, telecommunications, cloud, MSP, distributor, or similar service-based environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience working across cross-functional teams
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in an evolving environment
Desirable Experience
- Partner onboarding, customer operations, service delivery, or transition coordination
- Exposure to ticketing or workflow management platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Experience supporting channel partners or vendor ecosystems
- Process improvement, operational reporting, or project coordination experience
