The opportunity: We're partnering with the business behind a high-profile luxury development on the Gold Coast, looking for a senior creative to join permanently. This is a content-first role for someone who can deliver on the tools and uphold a premium brand standard across every touchpoint.
You'll sit at the intersection of creative production and brand stewardship - building standout work in-house, while confidently directing external partners and balancing senior internal stakeholders.
What's in it for you:
- Permanent, full-time role with a genuine content creation and design focus.
- High-visibility, premium brand assets with high standards and room to raise the bar.
- Variety across content, design, video and campaign delivery.
- Collaboration with specialist partners (studios, videographers, photographers, agencies).
- Scope to build a standout portfolio across premium channels and touchpoints.
- A team that values initiative, execution and creative problem-solving.
About the role:
- Create and roll out premium content across organic and paid channels (social, digital, print, sales environments).
- Own end-to-end content execution: concepts through to final files, formatting, versioning and delivery to deadlines.
- Design high-end marketing collateral (brochures, templates, graphics, layouts and sales assets) using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for social and campaign cut-downs (CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Build a consistent content engine: plan ahead, maintain momentum, and keep creative quality high in a fast-moving environment.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Development, Leadership) to translate priorities into on-brand creative that performs.
- Coordinate and lead external creatives (videographers, photographers, studios, agencies): briefing, creative direction, and quality control.
- Support campaign activity that drives enquiry and traffic, with a clear understanding of how paid and organic work together.
- Act as a brand guardian: protect the visual identity, tone and standards across every asset.
About you:
- Senior-level creative with exceptional taste and a premium design eye (typography, composition, white space, colour, detail).
- A strong portfolio that shows high-end brand work, consistency and craft across multiple channels.
- Highly capable hands-on designer - you produce polished, finished work without hand-holding.
- Strong content creator: you can ideate, shoot/produce where needed, edit, and deliver at pace.
- Confident across static, carousel and short-form video formats for social (with an instinct for what feels elevated, not templated).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and comfortable in Canva for efficient rollout.
- Comfortable using AI tools to elevate output (image enhancement, animating stills, speed-to-market) with strong brand judgement.
- Mature stakeholder manager: calm, collaborative, and able to hold the standard with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical, open to feedback, and able to workshop ideas without ego or defensiveness.
- Fast, organised and deadline-driven - quality stays high even when volume increases.
We recognise that people are more than just their CVs and take pride in being inclusive and diverse in our recruiting process.
