Komatsu Forklift Australia Pty Ltd is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Motor Mechanic to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Servicing and repairing the engines, transmissions, steering, braking, and suspension systems of the forklifts.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults of forklift systems and components.
- Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Ensure all forklifts meet the quality repair standards.
- Complete work orders, maintenance records, and service reports accurately.
- Access and record spare parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop and work area.
- Comply with workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and environmental regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant Trade Qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- A keen eye for details.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
