Here at Talent Quarter, we are currently seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician for a fixed termlocum opportunity in Victoria, commencing ASAP. Travel reimbursement is available for the successful candidate.

The Role
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide high-quality clinical assessment, intervention and support to adults accessing the Adult Recovery and Wellbeing Service.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive mental state examinations and clinical assessments
- Completing risk assessments and developing appropriate risk management plans
- Providing evidence-based mental health interventions and support
- Working collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and the multidisciplinary team
- Contributing to clinical care planning, documentation and ongoing review
- Supporting consumers throughout their recovery and wellbeing journey
- Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a regional healthcare environment
About You
- 3–5 years of relevant mental health experience
- A relevant bachelor’s degree; postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded
- Previous experience in acute mental health and/or hospital settings
- Strong clinical assessment, risk management and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Current Australian professional registration (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, or relevant body)
