Warehouse Storeperson - Picking & Packing

- $58,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday | Permanent full-time | 38 hours per week

WES Components is a well-established distributor of electronic components and accessories, supplying technicians, installers and engineers across Australia. We're looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our Summer Hill team.
This isn't a job where you'll be standing around waiting for something to happen. You'll be on your feet, moving stock, picking orders and helping keep our warehouse running smoothly.
What will you be doing?
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving incoming stock and unloading shipping containers
- Restocking shelves and pick locations
- Handling cartons, cable rolls and other warehouse products weighing up to 20kg
- Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and running efficiently
- Working alongside a team that gets stuck in and gets the job done
Have you got what it takes?
You don't need years of warehouse experience, but you do need the right attitude and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is physically capable of regularly lifting and handling items weighing up to 20kg safely
- Enjoys active work and being on their feet throughout the day
- Has a strong work ethic, shows initiative and gets on with the job
- Is reliable, punctual and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Can follow instructions, work accurately and contribute to a team
- Has warehouse, picking or packing experience (great, but not essential!)
A forklift licence would be an advantage, but it's certainly not a dealbreaker.
