- Improve Data Collection Process
We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator - Data & Integration to support a major technology initiative focused on improving data collection, systems integration and reporting automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical project activities involving APIs, systems integration and data platforms.
- Work with software vendors and internal teams to support automated data collection and secure data exchange.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation, quality assurance and reporting automation.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, issues and progress reporting.
- Coordinate technical workshops, testing, implementation activities and stakeholder engagement.
Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, IT Project Officer or similar role.
- Good understanding of APIs, systems integration, data flows and data platforms.
- Experience supporting data integration, reporting or technology implementation projects.
- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
