We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology transformation program within a leading Utility. The role will support an complex, system upgrade, focused on upgrading critical network management systems and improving business processes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ Business Analyst experience, including complex technology implementations.
- Energy / Utilities industry experience – mandatory.
- Strong business process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with system integrations, testing and change management.
- Proficiency in Visio, Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience in Electricity distribution, Regulatory programs, ADMS, DMS or OMS experience highly desirable.
- 12 month ongoing contract with multi extension opportunities
- Work on a complex energy program
- Stable team with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects
