Practice Manager – General Practice | Kenmore, QLD in Brisbane

Brisbane Full-Time On-site
T

Talent Hub Australia is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing group of general practice clinics across South East Queensland, for a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their Kenmore clinic. This is a single-site role β€” you'll own the running of this clinic, backed by the support and resources of a larger group behind it.

This role suits someone who already knows general practice from the inside and is ready for their next step β€” a senior receptionist, 2IC, or office coordinator moving into full practice management for the first time.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing daily clinic operations, rostering and reception team performance

Managing patient flow, appointment systems and billing accuracy (Medicare/bulk billing)

Supporting GPs and clinical staff with administrative and compliance needs

Handling supplier relationships, stock and facilities management

Driving patient experience and resolving escalations at the clinic level

What we're looking for:

Experience in a general practice setting β€” reception, 2IC, or equivalent

Confidence with practice management software (Best Practice)

Strong people-management instincts β€” you can run a roster and handle a difficult conversation

Understanding of Medicare billing, accreditation standards, and day-to-day compliance

Ability to start immediately

What's on offer:

$75,000–$90,000 + Super, depending on experience

Full ownership of your own clinic, with the backing of an established group

Structured support as you step into your first practice management role

Career pathway into multi-site management down the track, as the group grows
