We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and physically fit Warehouse Team Member to join a growing family business in Bayswater. This is a permanent, full-time position for someone who wants stability, consistent hours and the opportunity to become a valued member of a great team. This is a hands-on, physical warehouse role — not a forklift-only position. You will spend most of your day on your feet, picking, packing, preparing and dispatching customer orders. Forklift operation makes up approximately 10–15% of the role, so you must hold a current forklift licence and have previous forklift experience.
The Role
- Your main responsibility will be making sure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing and coordinating orders for dispatch
- Forklift operation – approximately 10–15% of your day
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Manual handling and physical warehouse work
- Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Helping your teammates during busy periods
YOU MUST HAVE
- Current Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Previous forklift operating experience – ESSENTIAL
- Previous warehouse / pick and pack experience
- Physically fit and capable of performing an active, manual role
- Available for permanent full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
- Available and willing to work the required paid overtime
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual – we need someone the team can depend on
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and a great team mentality
- Clear communication and willingness to help others
