We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead project recovery and delivery across a complex telecommunications technology environment.
The opportunity
Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
Based in the northern Sydney suburbs, with 3-4 days onsite per week.
$1100 - $1,265 per day including super.
Key responsibilities
Establish and deliver recovery plans for complex, at-risk projects.
Support Project Managers with technical delivery issues, project deliverables and tight schedules.
Lead weekly project health reviews across professional services, infrastructure and lifecycle delivery streams.
Manage customer remediation plans and delivery escalations.
Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, resource requirements and workforce planning.
Prepare inputs for weekly operational reporting, monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews.
Manage financial forecasting, commercial governance and delivery risks.
Experience required
15+ years across IT, Professional Services or Managed Services, including senior program and portfolio delivery.
Proven delivery of Containers as a Service platform environments.
Experience recovering major, complex projects.
Technical knowledge across Infrastructure Services or Systems Integration.
Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Financial forecasting and commercial management experience.
ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications preferred.
