- 40% BAU - production support, troubleshooting, monitoring, releases and continuous improvement
- 10% Knowledge Transfer - documentation, mentoring and transferring knowledge to internal teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, implementation and enhancement of UKG integrations.
- Deliver integrations between UKG and payroll, HR, finance, identity and other enterprise platforms.

- Develop and maintain integration architecture, interface specifications, support procedures and technical documentation.
- Work closely with UKG, internal teams, vendors and service providers to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with
- Strong experience working with UKG solutions and enterprise integrations, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong experience designing, developing and supporting integrations between UKG and payroll, HR, finance and other enterprise systems.
- Experience leading integration workstreams within UKG implementation, transformation or major enhancement programs.
- Experience with ADP Payroll integration projects is highly desirable, particularly experience integrating UKG with ADP Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces, data mapping, reconciliation, monitoring and secure integration practices.
- Experience supporting business-critical integrations in a BAU/production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary technology teams and managing external vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
About You
You will be a technically strong UKG integration professional who is equally comfortable delivering projects and remaining hands-on in BAU.
