Systems Support Analyst in Melbourne

Our client is seeking a hands-on Systems & Data Support Analyst for a short-term contract covering parental leave. This varied role combines business systems support, data analysis and project coordination, with a focus on digital forms, scripting and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator for TrueContext (formerly ProntoForms), developing and maintaining digital forms.
• Use Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to manage data, automate workflows and improve reporting.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to support coding, troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Provide day-to-day support across internal business applications and resolve system issues.
• Analyse and manage data across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support smaller systems projects, process improvements and operational initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement practical solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Google Apps Script and Google Sheets.
• Ability to write, modify or generate code, either manually or using AI tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools.
• General understanding of databases, data management and business applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a systems and process-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to existing systems.

Highly Regarded

• Experience with Evotix or other HSE management platforms.
• Experience developing automated workflows and improving business processes.
• Background supporting engineering, construction or operational environments.
